  • Compliance with the SGX-ST Listing Manual, including in relation to continuing listing obligations

  • Advising clients on their corporate governance duties and obligations under law, including in respect of their compliance or breach under the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance, SGX Listing Manual, the Securities and Futures Act and the Companies Act
